Just to let you know, we recently went through our first blizzard with our new Excel (L36BDE). We ordered our rig with the thermo pane windows and the dual stage furnace. The temp was in the upper teens to low 20’s. When I (Richard) woke at 5 a.m., the furnace had just come on for 5 minutes. It came on again at 9 a.m. for 5 minutes, 1 p.m. for 5 minutes, and then did not come on again until almost 10 p.m. The thermostat was set at 67 degrees.

The Excel performed much better than I could have imagined. You people build a fabulous product. I will never regret our decision to buy Excel. Thanks again for building such a quality product.
